"I have volunteered for RTO the last 6 or 7 years -- first as an
evaluator of applicant's homes as to the extent of work needed and
lately also as a photographer covering nearly 10 workdays. As
a retired architect I have, on a few occasions through RTO,
also volunteered my professional architectural services to
other non-profit organizations."
